Parr's Cars and PSDH was very friendly and helpful during my car inspection and they are open and honest about the car which they sold. There were some after sale services to be sorted out such as servicing, lenses ordering etc and Parr's car didn't fail to do all those services and didn't ignore me once the car has been sold. Further I have misplaced the warranty book and Parr's car was happy to arrange another document for me without any fuss. I would have been more happier if I could negotiate the price a little bit but the price of the car was reasonable for the mileage it has done and the condition.

Absolutely top notch customer service!After seeing many “clean vans” that turned out to have questionable mileage and were full of filler I was about to give up hope. At the very last minute after a long day of looking, I came across a van Chris was selling. As soon as I met him, I could tell how genuine he was and the van was exactly as described. Throughout the whole process he made everything very easy. I had a couple of teething issues with it, but Chris sorted everything for me really quickly and went above and beyond. Usually after the point of sale dealers don’t want to know. This isn’t the case with this gentleman. A very trustworthy genuine guy and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
